Geothermal Surface Isolation (GSI)

WATAN compact Trailer Mounted Push-Pull Tubular Units, commonly referred to as Trailer Mounted Snubbing units, are compact and versatile tools designed for efficient and safe well intervention in confined spaces or smaller wells. With a load capacity ranging from 40,000 to 100,000 pounds, these units are ideal for isolation live well operations, well completions, maintenance, and plug and abandonment tasks. Their compact design allows deployment in restricted areas, reducing non-productive time (NPT) and operational costs through quick setup and execution. Equipped with high-efficiency hydraulic systems for powerful and precise operations, and advanced control systems to enhance safety by minimizing manual handling, WATAN Compact Push-Pull Tubular Units offer a cost-effective, efficient, and safe solution for various well intervention tasks. Lightweight and modular, they are easy to transport and set up, making them perfect for remote locations and distinguishing them from conventional snubbing units.

Designed especially to cater offshore application where crane capacity limited to 3.5 MT, diesel-powered and skid-mounted.

Skid Mounted Batch Mixer

Offshore Skid 100 bbls Twin Batch Mixer Unit

The twin 100 bbls batch mixer is suitable for both offshore and onshore operations. Constructed with suction, mixing lines, recirculation lines and discharge manifold. Capable of mixing a wide range of liquids including cement and acid.

Chemical Transport Tank

Offshore Skid Mounted Chemical Transport Tank (Totetank)

Made from stainless steel, it is corrosion resistant and able to withstand a wide range of chemicals including acid. Designed as a rectangular, straight edged cubic tank, Tote Tank is easier to transport and ideal to save space. One Tote Tank can fit up to 10 drums (550 gals) of liquid.

Offshore Skid Mounted Chemical Transport Tank (Totetank)

Offshore skid IBC Tank is used to transport chemicals / additives / fluid. Made from stainless steel, it is corrosion resistant and able to withstand a wide range of chemicals including acid.

The Pro-Flo® model P8 has a 51 mm (2") inlet and 51 mm (2") outlet and is designed for flows to 587 lpm (155 gpm). The P8 Plastic pump is manufactured with wetted parts of pure, unpigmented PVDF or polypropylene. The center block of the P8 Plastic is constructed of virgin polypropylene.
